Formlabs set a goal to increase user logins to collect cleaner data. This wouldn’t present an immediate benefit to users and therefore my challenge was to craft a solution that increases the number of logins in the most frictionless way. First, I aligned the styling of the login portal between the web view and the desktop software. But more importantly, I added login via the browser so that users can utilize their password manager. This feature was released December 10, 2024. I created a data analytics dashboard to monitor the impact.
